I agree that there is currently no alternatives to Assad's rule since the Syrian liberals and secularists are nowhere to be found (thanks to the dictatorship!). Best solution is to do an alliance with Russia and China and ask them to extend the SCO trade to the middle-east..... got it? You will be protected from american influence.
